What we store
Two things. Your account email (used to sign you in), and the parcels you choose to save (address or parcel number, zone, and the lot facts on the report). Reports you run without saving are computed on the fly and not stored.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run ad trackers. Usage analytics are aggregate page-view counts via Vercel Analytics — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Cookies
Only the session cookies that keep you signed in (set by our auth provider, Supabase). No sign-in, no cookies that identify you.
Where it lives, and who else sees what
Accounts and saved parcels live in Supabase; the site runs on Vercel — both act as hosting infrastructure for us. When you search an address or click a parcel on the map, that query goes to Pierce County's public GIS services to fetch the parcel record — the same public lookup anyone can run on the county's own site.
Deleting your data
You can delete saved parcels in the app at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email landbase.report@gmail.com and it's done within a few days.
Changes
This policy may change as the beta evolves; the date above moves when it does. See also our terms of use.
