Supported coverage

All listed zoning designations supported: City of Tacoma, City of Gig Harbor, City of Puyallup, City of Lakewood, City of University Place. Some zoning designations supported: Pierce County (unincorporated). Reports identify unsupported designations and missing inputs. Confirm parcel zoning against the official city map: City of University Place. Automated city zoning assignment is unavailable there. Overlay and parcel-specific requirements may still need verification.

Fair use

Unlimited use is for a subscriber's normal internal brokerage, acquisition, development, building, or investment workflow in supported jurisdictions. It does not include account sharing, resale, systematic bulk extraction, database replication, automated querying, lead-list generation, model training, or providing Landbase results as a third-party data service.
